Yes — and we flag candidates' timezone preference, remote comfort, and PKT availability in every profile. Success fee is 15% for international/remote roles.

10% of first-year gross salary for local PKR-denominated roles. 15% for USD/international roles. Invoiced on the candidate's confirmed start date — not offer date.
